Complete all sections below to request a Fire System Isolation Permit for future works. Submit at least 48 hours (two business days) before the isolation period. Review the official permit template for reference.

Section C — Isolation

Set the date range of the permit, then the daily time window that applies on each of those days (e.g. 22:30–04:30 every night). Isolation is not a single continuous span from the first moment to the last.

These times apply on each day of the date range above.

If end is earlier than start (e.g. 22:30–04:30), the window runs overnight into the next morning.

Section D — Approval Requirements

The isolation is valid for each day and within the specified hours documented in this permit. At the end of each shift, the isolation in the Fire System Isolation Register must be signed off. This also includes 24-hour isolations.

The area must be de-isolated when left unattended. This includes non-working shifts or weekends.
